9/11 Tribute WOD

The run and row is supposed to be 2001m to represent the year 9/11 happened but we are changing it to 1000m run and  1001m  Runrow.

11 reps of 9 exercises represents the date

Thruster @ 125 lbs represents the number of deaths at the Pentagon.

Cleans @ 175 lbs represents American Flight #175 that hit South Tower.

Deadlift @ 170 lbs represents America Flight #77 & United Flight #93.  Flight 77 hit the Pentagon and Flight 93 crashed into a field in PA.

Push Jerk @ 10 lbs represents the number of floors in each tower.

There were a total of 2996 people killed on 9/11/2001.
