This can be a partner WOD (one works, one rests) or may be done individually.

50 Rounds for Time

5 Air Squats

6 Jumping Lunges

7 Push Ups

You must complete the entire round before your partner can start. You will both be doing 25 rounds each.

If you need to scale this, make it stationary lunges instead.

Individuals do 25 rounds and rest 30 seconds between rounds.
