1st Minute: 15 Jumping Squats/5th min/9th min/13th min

2nd Minute: 15 Sit Ups (use towel to support lumbar area)/

6th min/10 min/14th min

3rd Minute: 16 Stationary Lunges/7th min/11th min/15th min

4th Minute: 15 Push Ups/8th min/12th min/16th min
